Are you an efficient Planner administrator that comes from a Supply Chain environment?

We are seeking a Supply Planner on a Temp to Perm basis to join an established organisation based on the outskirts of Frome.

Due to its location, you will need your own transport.

Job Title: Supply Planner

Location: Frome

Contract: Temp – Perm

Hourly Rate: £13.35ph

Working Hours: 8am – 5pm

This role can be worked on a hybrid basis after a successful training period (WFH 2days)

This opportunity will suit an individual that has previously worked in a supply chain office environment. You are expected to have great communication skills, work in an organised manner to meet customer deadlines, and provide assistance with the smooth running of production and supply. You will be reporting to the Head of Purchasing and Packing.

Responsibilities:

• Process Customer sales orders
• Review daily risk reports, informing any issues to the Supply Manager
• Maintain the stock levels for orders ensuring deliveries meet customer requirements
• Maintain sale orders enabling accurate data can be used for financial forecasting
• Liaise with other internal departments ensuring stock is picked on time
• Review monthly customer forecasts ensuring the Supply Manager is kept up to date with any changes
• Communicate efficiently with other colleagues and management within the business

To be considered:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident with communicating
• Good understanding of supply chain process
• Coming from a manufacturing environment is advantageous
• IT literate
