Riverside Recruitment was founded in 2007 after successfully establishing a strong presence within the recruitment industry for 3 years preceding. We slowly built up the business and have seen it grow and thrive.
Our business is based on providing a service that is second to none. Our values are being open and honest, only providing the best possible candidates and ensuring we have regular communication with both clients and staff. By having a close working relationship with both parties ensures we can respond proactively.
No matter what size of business our client has, we provide the same first class service.
Finally we pride ourselves on not being pushy. We know that we are good at what we do and allow our service to do the talking for us.
Ian formed the business in 2007 and now oversees the Sales and Finances. He had 20 years’ experience in manufacturing and as a Production Manager so has in-depth knowledge of how a business works from the ground up.
He is very personable and able to put everyone at ease from MD to shop floor staff.
Outside of work you will find Ian socialising, enjoying fine wines, gins & singing.
Faye, alongside Ian, formed the business in 2007 and now spends the majority of her time overseeing the business and compliance whilst still being heavily involved in the day-to-day activities of recruitment. She’s a bit of a stickler for everything having to be spot on.
Before Riverside Faye worked in manufacturing and HR before getting involved in Recruitment in 2004.
Mum to 2 grown up boys, Faye is now a keen traveller, runner, Tough Mudder participant and is definitely prone to enjoying a tipple or two.
Chloé is our fount of all knowledge… everyone in the office turns to her as her ability to retain information is unbelievable! She is our queen of pay and accounts and the office would be lost without her. This bright spark has been with us since 2015.
Chloé is very family orientated, spending lots of time with her nan and gramp and nieces and nephews. She is also a very committed and loyal friend and is now in the process of entering a very special time in her life.
Tanya joined us in 2017 and what a ride it’s been! She has a fabulous outgoing and determined personality and works extremely hard in all she does, from sales, to recruiting, marketing and sounding board. She provides a fantastic service to clients and staff, you will be in good hands with Tanya and her infectious laugh.
Tanya is Mum to 3 grown up boys and is also very family orientated. She has recently adopted ‘Buddy’ the Beagle who needed rehoming and is now smitten with him too and the outdoors life!
Our little bit of Scottish loveliness! Lorna helped us establish our business in 2007 and re-joined us in 2022. She has the most amazing telephone manner and puts everyone at ease. Despite being with us a short time she has built fabulous rapports with her clients and candidates and will get every last drop of detail from you – be warned! Again, an amazing Consultant to have looking after you.
Lorna is Mum to 2 boys and to Ruby her adorable Springador. She loves spending her spare time titivating (her words), walking Ruby and having a glass of wine or two in the sunshine.
Sally is the office entertainment! Extremely professional but with a twist… Sally joined us in 2018 and has amazed us with how much knowledge she has accumulated with some very complex roles. This lady really knows her stuff and will be on your speed dial if you’re lucky enough to have her as your Consultant.
This lady knows how to have a good time. She is exceptionally social and is everyone’s best friend. She also loves her travel, quite often in deficit with her holiday allowance!
