Faye, alongside Ian, formed the business in 2007 and now spends the majority of her time overseeing the business, compliance and terms whilst still stepping in to assist with recruitment when needed. She’s a bit of a stickler for everything having to be spot on.
Before Riverside Faye worked in manufacturing and HR before getting involved in Recruitment in 2004.
Mum to 2 grown up sons, Faye is now a keen traveller, runner, Tough Mudder participant and is definitely prone to enjoying a tipple or two.
I’m Chloe and I have been working for Riverside Recruitment for the past 11 years. During my time with Riverside, I’ve had the opportunity to take on a varied role, supporting the day to day running of the business across payroll, accounts and general administration. I enjoy the variety that my role brings and being part of a busy office environment where no two days are quite the same.
Outside of work I am a mum and stepmum to 3 gorgeous children so life is always very busy! I love spending quality time with my family and friends and enjoy weekend getaways and holidays whenever we can. I’m lucky to have a job I’ve enjoyed for over a decade, alongside a busy and happy family life — I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Hayley has eight years’ experience in the recruitment industry and is our Group Payroll & Finance Manager. She oversees payroll processing and accounts across the group, ensuring everything is accurate, compliant and running smoothly. Hayley has also developed our payroll processes to ensure an efficient and reliable service for employees and colleagues.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, travelling and discovering new places. I also have a passion for plants and enjoy growing and caring for them, finding it a rewarding way to unwind and bring a little more greenery into everyday life.

I joined Riverside in 2017 and have grown my own desk for almost a decade now with new clients, I have loved every minute of it. My role is incredibly varied, covering temp and Perm recruitment, client support, marketing, Sales and generally helping wherever I’m needed. I enjoy building relationships and take pride in providing the best possible service to both clients and candidates. Honesty, loyalty, and a positive attitude are at the heart of everything I do.
I’m known in the office as the unofficial IT genius, and if something isn’t working, I’m usually the first person people come to. I love figuring things out for myself and enjoy the challenge of solving problems. I’ve also earned a reputation as the office’s international desk, as when my colleagues can’t quite understand someone on the phone, I’m often called upon to help out!
I’m Tanya and I live in Midsomer Norton with my partner Harvey, who I’ve been with for over 30 years. Together we have three grown-up sons and our baby boy, Buddy the Beagle, who completely rules the house! When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors with Buddy, or planning the next family get-together. Life is always busy, and with work, family, and everything in between!
Hi my name is Lorna and I live in Midsomer Norton with my husband, two sons and our Springador Ruby and our fiercely vicious cat Fergus. I work for my holidays and basically daydream constantly about the next trip!!! I will always have something booked.
I have worked at Riverside Recruitment since 2022 as a Recruitment Consultant. I specialise in both permanent and temporary roles. From managing multiple roles across permanent and temporary recruitment to supporting both clients and candidates, my days are fast-paced and varied.
Lorna is Mum to 2 boys and to Ruby her adorable Springador. She loves spending her spare time titivating (her words), walking Ruby and having a glass of wine or two in the sunshine.
I’m Sally and I live in Westfield with my husband Shaun. I’ve lived in the vicinity all my life. I have 3 stepdaughters and a grandson.
I stepped into Recruitment by pure accident back in March 2019. I built a cold desk by networking and building strong client relationships. My focus is now predominantly permanent resourcing. I enjoy connecting people with great opportunities. My approach is built on honesty, trust, and long-term relationships, ensuring the right fit for everyone involved.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me enjoying time with friends, laughing until I can’t breathe, or browsing holidays I definitely shouldn’t be booking. I’m a real people person and love socialising, whether it’s over good food or drinks. I love to travel, from hidden gems in Europe to heading further afield whenever my holiday allowance and bank balance agree to cooperate!
