We’re recruiting for a Regional Service Manager to lead service operations across the Southwest for a well-established business within the building systems sector.
This role is about strong leadership, team development, and delivering exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead a regional team (SW), drive performance through KPIs, and play a key role in shaping a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead, coach and develop regional teams, creating a high-performance, people-first culture
- Drive exceptional customer service standards, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Set, manage and track KPIs across performance, service delivery and sales
- Support employee development, performance management, and HR processes
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and increase revenue through upselling and retention
- Oversee operational performance including scheduling, efficiency, and service delivery
- Use data and reporting to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
About You
- Proven experience in a people management / leadership role (multi-site or regional preferred)
- Strong background in customer service-led environments
- Experience managing performance, development plans, and HR-related processes
- Confident setting and managing KPIs, targets, and team performance
- Commercially aware with experience supporting sales growth and service improvement
- Excellent communicator, able to build relationships at all levels
- Organised, proactive, and driven to improve both people and business performance
- Industry experience is beneficial but not essential
