Job Title:            Regional Manager Southwest

Salary:                £50,000.00kpa (+ bonus opportunity)

We’re recruiting for an experienced Regional Service Manager to lead service and maintenance operations across the Southwest for a business specialising in door systems, window installations, and associated service contracts.

This is a key leadership role responsible for field service teams, customer relationships, and operational delivery across a multi-site region. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring reliable, compliant, and high-quality service for commercial and domestic clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional service, installation, and maintenance operations for door & window systems
• Ensure reactive and planned maintenance SLAs are consistently achieved
• Manage and develop field engineers and support teams
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and commercial partners
• Identify service growth opportunities, upgrades, and contract retention
• Drive operational efficiency, scheduling, and first-time fix performance
• Oversee warranty issues, compliance, and technical standards
• Use data to improve performance, reporting, and service delivery

About You

• Proven experience in service/operations management within doors, windows, or building systems
• Strong understanding of field service delivery, maintenance contracts, and customer SLAs
• Experience managing mobile engineering teams
• Commercial awareness with the ability to spot upsell and contract opportunities
• Confident handling client relationships and escalations
• Highly organised with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
• Comfortable using systems and data to drive improvements (SAP advantageous)
