Through a restructure, I have an opportunity for a Quality Lead (Compliance & Assurance) to join an award winning training provider based in Coventry. This position is ideal for a proactive professional committed to maintaining high standards of quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.

This will suit an individual who is hands-on, operationally involved, and preferably, has a background within the education or training sector. Previous experience as assessor or tutor is beneficial.  You will be central to strengthen quality standards, refining compliance processes, support internal assurance across the organisation’s education provision, and manage a small team.

Job Title: Quality Lead

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Salary: £37,500.00 – £40,000.00

Location: Coventry – CV3 (Hybrid)

Please Note: This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, however it is necessary to attend the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with additional travel to sites when required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain quality assurance and compliance standards across the business
• Attend and support external quality visits
• Provide guide and support internally to Tutors and delivery teams
• Ensure processes and documentation are compliant
• Support ongoing implementation of recent systems and processes
• Work jointly with internal and external departments

Over the first 6 – 12 months the main priorities will include change management, set in processes, support the implementation of new systems.

To be considered:

• Hands-on and operationally minded
• Ability to communicate confidently
• Knowledge of Ofsted is beneficial
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
