Job Title: Food Packaging Operatives

Location: Stanton Drew (Chew Magna/Chew Valley South)- Please note! The site is located in a rural area with limited public transportation options. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications without a reliable method of transport.

Contract: 14 Weeks Temp-to-Perm Hire – Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their well-established teams on a permanent basis. Successful candidates will begin with a 14-week probationary period, employed through our agency, before transitioning to a permanent role with the client.

Days: A 4 day working week (Monday to Thursday)

42 paid hours/week: 6.30am until 5.30pm

Pay: £12.21ph

Job Summary: We’re seeking a reliable and efficient Production Packaging Operators to join our clients friendly manufacturing team. As a key member of the production team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the ingredients and products are packaged to the highest standards, meeting customer expectations and contributing to our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately package food ingredients and products according to customer specifications. Labelling/Cutting/
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines
• Contribute to our sustainability initiatives and continuously improve processes
• Conduct quality checks on packaged goods to maintain high standards of product integrity.
• Operate simple packaging machinery (training provided)
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Report any issues related to packaging or equipment malfunctions promptly
