We have a new opportunity for a Product & Platform Operation Executive to join an established manufacturing business in the Radstock / Midsomer Norton area.

This is a strategic role for an individual who is able to support the product teams with the smooth running of the daily operations, processes and data needed to deliver high quality products to the customers. You will be overseeing and improving the operations function ensuring efficiency across the product life cycle.

You will be working closely with the product manager, the application development team and other internal teams to solve issues and improve workflow. You’ll need a mix of technical, business, and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for technology and product development.

Location: Radstock / Midsomer Norton

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Salary: To be confirmed

Responsibilities:

· Monitor platform performance and activities

· Attend daily calls to track activity

· Liaise with the client support teams investigating where required and escalate when needed

· Produce release notes for system updates

· Gather and document requirements from internal teams

· Maintain and update the priorities of the product

· Review and prioritise change requests

· Monitor and record competitor activity

· Evaluate customer data feedback and hold follow up meetings with the sales team

Requirements:

· Technical mindset, a good problem solver

· Confident communicator who can easily converse across various teams

· An interest within product development, platforms and software
