As Product Manager, you will lead the product portfolio, driving product strategy, lifecycle management, pricing, and profitable growth. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a competitive product range, delivering successful product launches, and ensuring products meet UK market requirements.

Working closely with sales, marketing, technical, quality, and group product teams, you will use market insights and performance data to identify opportunities, optimise the portfolio, and strengthen market position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product and market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and new product introduction
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from product launch through to phase-out
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Lead new product launches and coordinate go-to-market activities
• Maintain product data, product information management, and point-of-purchase materials
• Collaborate with group product teams to ensure UK market needs are reflected in product planning
• Deliver product training and support internal and external stakeholders
• Provide technical product support and manage escalated high-profile claims
• Monitor product performance, market share, sales, and profitability, implementing corrective actions where needed
• Support marketing activities, including product communications, exhibitions, and case studies
• Work closely with quality and technical teams to ensure product compliance and excellence

To be considered:

• Experience in product management, product marketing, or category management
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in pricing, portfolio management, and product launches
• Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate market insight into actionable product strategies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
