Hourly rates are dependant on the role, level of experience & qualifications.

• Practitioner Level 2 –Starting at £11.75- £12 per hour
• Practitioner (newly qualified Level 3) – Starting at £12ph-£12.75ph
• Experienced Practitioner Level 3 – £12.50ph-£13.25ph
• Room Leaders Level 3 – First role £13.00ph
• Experienced Level 3 Room Leaders -£13.75ph

Choice of working hours:

• Full time, Permanent – All Year Round – 4 days a week between Mon to Fri on a rolling rota – 36 contracted hours per week. Employees would have a rolling day off each week. Which will mean every 4-5 weeks, staff would have a long weekend by having the Friday and following Monday off work. Hours are 8am to 6pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch.
• Full time, Permanent – All year round – 35 contracted hours per week, across Monday to Friday. Hours are 8.30am – 4.30pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch.

The job role: You will work closely with managers and other nursery staff to create a positive environment in the nursery and to build close ties and relationships with parents and carers. You must have the highest regard and dedication to ensuring the nursery is the best it can be at all times.

The Nursery provides high-quality care and education for babies and children aged from three months to five years, 51 weeks of the year. They open from 7.30am until 6.30pm across Monday to Friday. They offer a range of flexible attendance schedules including full day, school days and morning and afternoon sessions, both all year round and term time only.
