Nursery Practitioner – Toddler Room (2–3 Year Olds)
All Year Round + Term Time Only Vacancies
Location: Bath, Somerset
Contract: Full-time, Permanent – All Year Round or Term-Time Only

Hours:

• AYR: 36 hours per week, typically over 4 days (Mon–Fri) on a rolling rota
• TTO: 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri)

Working hours are typically from 7.30am–5.30pm or 8am–6pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch

Pay/Salary –

• Unqualified starting from – £12.71ph (£23,793.12)
• Qualified (depending on level of qualifications and experience) from £13 per hour – £16 per hour

About the Role

Join our warm and supportive nursery team in Bath as a Nursery Practitioner in our Toddler Room, working with children aged 2–3 years. You’ll help create a nurturing, stimulating environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow through play. Your role will involve supporting early communication, independence, and social development in line with the EYFS.

Requirements

• Open to both unqualified and qualified applicants, with preference given to qualified practitioners
• A genuine passion for supporting toddlers through this exciting stage of development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
