Nursery Practitioner – Preschool Room (All Year Round + Term Time Only Vacancies)
Location: Bath, Somerset
Contract: Full-time, Permanent – All Year Round or Term-Time Only

Hours:

• AYR: 36 hours per week, typically over 4 days (Mon–Fri) on a rolling rota
• TTO: 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri)

Working hours: 7.30am–5.30pm or 8am–6pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch

Salary: £12.25–£15.50 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

About the Role

Join our friendly nursery team in Bath as a Nursery Practitioner within our Preschool Room. You’ll support children’s learning and development through high‑quality, play‑based experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Requirements

• We welcome both unqualified and qualified candidates, though preference will be given to qualified practitioners.
• Passion for working with preschool-aged children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
