Nursery Practitioner – Baby Room (All Year Round)

Location: Bath, Somerset
Contract: Full-time, Permanent – All Year Round
Hours:

• AYR: 36 hours per week, typically over 4 days (Mon–Fri) on a rolling rota
• TTO: 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri)

Working hours are typically from 7.30am–5.30pm or 8am–6pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch

Pay/Salary –

• Unqualified starting from – £12.71ph (£23,793.12)
• Qualified (depending on level of qualifications and experience) from £13 per hour – £16 per hour

About the Role:
Join our friendly nursery team in Bath as a Nursery Practitioner in the Baby Room. You’ll provide high-quality care and play-based learning experiences for babies, supporting their development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Requirements:

• We welcome unqualified, or qualified candidates, but preference will be given to qualified practitioners.
• Passion for working with babies and supporting their development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
