Job:         New Enquiries Coordinator

Location: Bath

Hours:    9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary:    £26,000.00pa (Permanent)

About you / the job: You will be supporting the Residential Property Team ensuring that all new clients receive a first class, professional and smooth service. This is a crucial role working within a friendly team. The ability to manage your own workload, willingness to work within a small team and have an aptitude for building relationships is key for this role.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience within Administration or similar
• A confident communicator with strong verbal and written ability
• Superb telephone manner with the ability to liaise at ease with clients and colleagues, demonstrating exceptional customer care skills
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Ability to proactively manage your own workload independently.
• Polite with a professional manner
• The ability to work effectively within a team
• Quick thinking and strong ability to multi-task
• Commitment and enthusiasm
• Ability to grasp new subjects quickly
