Riverside Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading international manufacturer to recruit a Logistics Process Improvement Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced logistics professional who thrives on improving processes, driving efficiency, and delivering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead logistics improvement projects across the Stoke-on-Trent site.
- Analyse warehouse and supply chain processes to identify efficiencies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
- Maintain process documentation and operational standards.
- Support BSI and internal audits.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
- Act as a key liaison between operations, quality, and Group logistics teams.
About You
- Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience within logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with audits (ISO/BSI) is advantageous.
- SAP EWM experience would be a strong benefit.
- Confident Excel user with excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on, organised, and solutions-focused.
