Night Shift Warehouse Operative

(Counter Balance & Bendi/Flexi forklift experience required)
Location: Near Chew Magna / Stanton Drew area
Pay Rate: £15.95 per hour (inclusive of 20% shift premium)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (14 weeks)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Warehouse Operative to join a well-established and growing business in the local area. This is an excellent opportunity offering long-term prospects, with a temp-to-perm opportunity after 14 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Counterbalance and Bendi/Flexi (Pivot Steer) forklifts
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
• Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
• Following all health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance and Bendi/Flexi licences
• Previous warehouse experience essential
• Ability to work a fixed night shift (Mon–Thurs)
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and teamwork skills
