Food Production Operative – Wincanton, Somerset
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £12.90/hr (rising to £13.76/hr after 12 weeks)
Contract: Temp to Perm (12-week probation via agency)
Shifts: Weekly rotation required

• Mornings: Mon–Thu 6am–2pm, Fri 6am–1pm
• Afternoons: Mon–Thu 2pm–10pm, Fri 1pm–8pm
• Overtime: Available during busy periods

Join a global food manufacturer producing flavoured butters, oils, marinades, and sauces for major UK retailers. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team in a clean, well-organised environment.

Role Includes:

• Mixing, weighing, packing, and labelling food ingredients
• Manual handling (up to 25kg)
• Following food safety & hygiene protocols and wearing provided PPE

Important:

• Jewellery, visible body piercings, and nail polish/extensions/lashes must be removed
