Salary: £25,000.00 per annum (Negotiable based on experience/skillset)
Hours: 37.5 per week | Permanent

The Role: Elevating the Customer Journey
As part of the Internal Retail department, you will be the primary point of contact for retail and specification clients across the UK and Ireland. You’ll ensure that every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to quality, care, and design excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Ambassador: Act as the professional voice of the brand across email, phone, and social media with a focus on empathy and flair.
- Order Management: Own the full order cycle via ERP—from initial stock checks to final delivery updates.
- Logistics Liaison: Coordinate with couriers and internal supply chain teams to ensure seamless fulfillment.
- Problem Solving: Handle complex queries and complaints with a “solution-first” mindset, ensuring a premium resolution every time.
- Sales Support: Partner with the external sales team to monitor outstanding projects and provide timely updates to high-profile clients.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to root cause analysis to help the department maintain its gold-standard SLAs.
