Location: Bridgwater (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home after probation)

Salary: £25,000

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 8am and 5pm

This isn’t your average customer service role. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing sales within Retail and Specification divisions across the UK and Ireland. You will be the glue that holds major projects together, ensuring customers feel supported every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the Journey: Manage the full order cycle using the ERP system—from checking stock availability to ensuring products reach the customer on time.
• Project Support: Keep track of outstanding projects and provide regular, proactive updates to your customers.
• Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with Supply Chain and Sales Managers to overcome any blockers and maximize results.
• Become an Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio and the external regulations, such as WRAS, that impact the industry.

What you bring to the table:

• Previous experience in a customer service environment with a “can-do” attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A passion for excellence and a desire to contribute to a growing, supportive business.
