Customer Experience Advisor (Internal Retail dept) – Office based experience

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset (Hybrid after probation)

Hours: 37.5 per week, between 8am–5pm

Salary: £24,720 per annum, with potential for negotiation based on experience and skillset.

Start Date: ASAP – Interviews taking place towards the end of the month!

Contract: Permanent

As a Customer Care Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s customer experience, supporting retail and specification clients across the UK and Ireland. You’ll help ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, care, and design excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to customer queries across email, phone, and social media with professionalism and empathy
  • Managing the full order cycle via ERP — from stock checks to delivery updates
  • Liaising with couriers and keeping customers informed
  • Handling complaints with care and efficiency
  • Supporting the external sales team and collaborating with supply chain colleagues
  • Monitoring outstanding projects and ensuring timely updates
  • Identifying service improvement opportunities and contributing to root cause analysis
  • Staying up to date with company procedures, customer contracts, and warranty terms
  • Meeting departmental SLAs and taking on additional tasks as needed
