Full-Time | Temp to Perm Opportunity

Monday to Friday (05:45am -2pm & 1.45pm – 10pm) – ROTATIONAL SHIFT PATTERN

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced **Counterbalance Forklift Driver** to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business in the Warminster area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

The Role

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock and materials throughout the site
• Supporting production and warehouse operations
• Conducting basic equipment checks and reporting any issues
• Working in line with health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence (certificate required)
• At least 1 year’s Counterbalance FLT experience preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production environment experience would be advantageous
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
• Good awareness of health and safety practices
