We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Bendi / Pivot Steer Forklift Operative to join a business in Midsomer Norton

You will be supporting the smooth running of daily warehouse operations in a busy environment on a 4 on 4 off basis.

You will need a Pivot Steer / Bendi / Forklift license to apply. (In-house or RECENTLY expired licenses are acceptable)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, with some manual handling, takes pride in accuracy and efficiency and enjoys life in a Warehouse Forklift environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, operating specialised forklift equipment, and supporting the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse environment.

This is a temp‑to‑perm role, intending to lead into a permanent position with future progression opportunities. A £25.00 Attendance & Performance allowance will be paid per week.

Contract: Temp – Perm

Location: Midsomer Norton

Hours: 6am – 6pm

Pay: £15 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Taking delivery of goods
• Load and unload collections / deliveries safely and efficiently from Doubled Decked vehicles
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet trucks, scanners) following training and safety guidelines
• Receive, check, and store incoming goods
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Complete stock checks and report discrepancies
• Follow strict Health & Safety procedures and contribute to a positive team culture

To be considered:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is essential
• Pivot Steer / Bendi Forklift License
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic numeracy and literacy
• Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
