We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating various machinery within a production environment. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and operational guidelines.

Duties:

• Operate and monitor machinery
• Utilise hand tools and tooling effectively for machining operations while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as required.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment.

To be considered you will need:

• Proven experience in machine operation, preferably within a manufacturing / production / factory setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand complex machinery and processes.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and have basic mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Must work well within a team and contribute effectively to the smooth running of daily operations
• To be able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to do some heavy lifting

Triple Rotational Shift Pattern

Mornings: 6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 11.30am Friday

Afternoons: 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and 11.30am to 5pm Friday

Nights: 10pm to 6am Monday to Thursday and 5pm to 10.30pm Friday
