💰 £13.59 per hour, rising to £14.59 per hour after successful completion of probation

Riverside Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing business for several Lead Operative positions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you will play a key role in leading production teams, driving efficiencies and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support production line teams
• Drive productivity and operational efficiency
• Operate production machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot issues and minimise downtime
• Coach and train team members
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
• Maintain quality standards throughout production
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or food environment
• Leadership, Team Leader or Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
