I am seeking a Quality Manager to join a successful business based in Warwick.

This company is a market-leading sanitary products manufacturer. This is a cross-functional role focused on investigating, resolving and preventing product quality issues, rather than managing a team.

Rather than manage a team you will be working closely with array of internal departments you’ll lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, monitor quality performance, manage compliance requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives across the business. You’ll also act as the key contact for escalated quality concerns and occasionally visit customers to support complex investigations.

The suitable candidate will have experience in a quality, technical, product management or aftersales environment, strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build relationships across multiple departments. Experience within manufacturing, building products, construction products or bathroom products would be advantageous.

Location: Warwick (with occasional travel to Stoke on Trent)

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Managing product quality concerns
• Act as primary point of contact for escalated quality issues
• Work harmoniously with internal departments
• Monitor quality performance
• Produce KPI reports, and attend regular quality review meetings
• Support product recalls, quality alerts and field actions when required
• Support and develop technical guidance and internal training where appropriate
• Visit customer when required
