Our client, a highly respected and well-established accountancy firm known for delivering exceptional, client-focused service, is seeking to appoint a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team in Bath.
This front-of-house position involves welcoming visitors, engaging with clients both in person and by phone/email, and providing essential administrative and database support. If you are proactive and detail-oriented we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-of-house reception duties handling new client enquiries, issue quotations, and manage follow‑ups and general administrative support.
- Manage the full client onboarding process, prioritising tasks in line with Companies House and HMRC deadlines.
- Maintain accurate client records, including contact details and Companies House updates.
- Chase and organise client documents, ensuring timely submission and tracking all records in and out.
- Manage client disengagements, including professional clearance and required documentation.
About You
- Confident communicating with clients both in person and over the phone
- Professional in appearance, conduct, and confidentiality
- Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Highly organised, logical, and accurate in following processes
- Proactive, positive, and a supportive team player
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
- Adaptable and comfortable managing changing priorities
