Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 18:00–06:00

Pay: £17.50 per hour

Riverside Recruitment are seeking a reliable and detail-focused individual to join a well-established food manufacturing company as a Night Shift Food Production Blender / Supervisor. In this role, you will take responsibility for leading and supporting a team of four Production Operatives, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient night-shift production.

Job Overview

You will be responsible for blending raw materials into high-quality powder products, following precise recipes and maintaining strict hygiene and production standards. As the senior person on shift, you will oversee workflow, maintain standards, and ensure your team operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Blend raw materials accurately to exact recipe specifications
• Lead, support, and coordinate a team of four Production Operatives
• Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
• Ensure consistency and quality across all batches
• Monitor workflow and address any production issues
• Keep your work area clean, organised, and safe
• Report to site management

Requirements

• Food production experience – essential
• Food blending experience – preferred
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience beneficial
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow precise instructions
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable and committed to night shifts

TRAINING REQUIREMENT

• Training for this role will be completed on day shifts for 1–2 weeks.
• Applicants must be flexible to train between 06:00 and 23:00 during this period.
