Location: Bath, Somerset
Contract: Full-time, Permanent – All Year Round
Hours: 36 hours per week, typically over 4 days (Mon–Fri) on a rolling rota
Shift Pattern: 7.30am to 5.30pm or 8am to 6pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch
Salary: £12.25–£15.50 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner (Baby Room) to join our Client’s friendly team. You’ll provide high-quality care and play-based learning experiences for babies, supporting their development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Requirements:

• We welcome unqualified, or qualified candidates, but preference will be given to qualified practitioners.
• Passion for working with babies and supporting their development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
