Job Description

As a Digital Solutions Advisor, your main role is to help bring in new business. You’ll work with leads passed to you by the Managing Director and senior directory reps turning them into paying clients.

Using a professional approach, you’ll understand client needs, and recommend the correct solutions that fits their goals, budget, and long-term plans. Besides handling inbound leads, you’ll also reach out to potential clients using internal data and marketing lists.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days a week in the office. However, you must reside no more than 45 minutes from the Westbury Office. Success in this role means being a trusted partner to the MD, directory reps, and the design, development, and project teams.

Salary: £30,000.00 – £35,000.00 (Basic)

Commission is uncapped, plus quarterly bonuses based on revenue and sales. (Figures can be disclosed on application).

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and convert inbound leads from the MD and directory reps
  • Use a constructive sales approach to understand client needs
  • Write clear project briefs to ensure smooth delivery
  • Prepare proposals and guide prospects through scoping, negotiation, and closing
  • Carry out targeted outreach using warm internal data and marketing lists
  • Research and contact businesses in sectors where the business has had proven success
  • Keep CRM records in Monday.com up to date with forecasts, notes, and deal stages
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers for seamless handovers
  • Meet monthly revenue targets
  • Share insights on lead quality, objections, sector trends, and new opportunities

To be considered:

  • Minimum 2 years digital sales or business development experience
  • Very good understanding of websites and digital marketing
  • Proven ability to run a sales process
  • Generate leads independently, including cold calling
  • Be able to build strong working relationships with clients
  • Work to a highly organised manner with strong CRM approach
  • Target driven
  • Available to work on a hybrid basis with 3 days in the office
