Location: Bridgwater (Hybrid after probation: 3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8am–5pm)
Contract: Permanent

Join our lovely client’s team as a Customer Experience Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting our Retail and Specification customers across the UK and Ireland. You’ll manage the full order cycle, pricing and quotation processes, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, phone, and social media.
  • Process and manage orders using our ERP system, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Handle pricing and quotations accurately, including campaigns and claim-backs.
  • Prepare professional quotation documents and presentations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
  • Manage complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Stay informed on product ranges, building regulations, and compliance requirements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to multitask.
