Lois brings more than 12 years of experience working within the legal sector, including roles as a Legal Advisor and Paralegal, alongside legal qualifications and practising certificates.
Having spent more than eight years with Active Staff, Lois moved into Compliance and Audit in 2022 and now provides dedicated compliance support across the wider group.
Prior to becoming Compliance and Audit Manager Lois was a recruitment consultant. Knowing the challenges both clients and consultants face, particularly with temporary recruitment stood her in good stead for the compliance role.
