We are currently recruiting for various Childcare, Nursery, Early Years Job openings!

All Vacancies are:

  • Based in a beautiful village location approx. 2 miles from Bath city centre, Somerset
  • Full time, Permanent – All year round
  • Required to have a Child Care, Level 2 or 3 qualification.
  • 36 hours per week
  • All year round
  • 4 day week, with 1 rolling day off each week.

Our client is a privately owned nursery who provides high-quality care and education for up to 90 babies, toddlers & preschool children ranging from three months to five years, 51 weeks of the year. They also operate a small breakfast and after school club for the reception year children attending the local Primary School.

Job openings are as follows:

  • Nursery Practitioners (Level 2 & 3 qualified) – salary dependant on skillset and qualification level from £23400.00 – £29016.00 PA (£12.50 to 15.50ph)
  • Toddler room leader level 3 or above, 36 hours per week, 4 day week with rolling day off, salary £28080.00 – £31824.00 (£15 to £17ph)
  • Maternity cover various roles
  • Deputy Manager – Full time all year round, 4 day week rolling day off but ideally, they would have a static day off to work opposite the Nursery 36 hours salary £30888.00 – £32292.00 (£16.50ph to £17.25ph)

Successful candidates must have 2 references and DBS completed by the nursery before they can start employment.

The nursery fully support staff who are looking at building their career in childcare and offer their full support with fully funded qualifications for progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nurturing environment.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development.
  • Supervise and support staff, ensuring adherence to childcare regulations and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress.
  • Lead team meetings and provide guidance to enhance staff performance and teamwork.
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating nursery environment for all children.

Please note! These vacancies require government recognised qualifications within the UK. If you do not have a qualification your application will be automatically rejected.
