Job Title: Warehouse, Packaging Production Operatives
Full time – Permanent jobs after a 12 week probationary period.
Warminster

Must have own transport or live local to Warminster – Public transport will NOT get you to/from work for some of these shifts, please bear this in mind when applying!
18 + due to working shifts
Starting rate of Pay:
Day Shift £9ph (AM AND PM SHIFT)
NIGHT SHIFT £9ph plus a £10 a night shift premium = £10.21ph
There is an Increase in pay on permanency across all 3 shifts (£10.21ph) with further pay progression opportunities as you develop ….
DAYS/HOURS:
Triple shifts on a rotating basis (nights, afternoons & mornings)
Mornings (Mon to Fri) – 5.45am to 2pm
Afternoons (Mon to Fri) – 1.45pm to 10pm
Nights (Sun to Thurs) – 9.45pm to 6am
**ALL STAFF THAT APPLY/START MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL 3 SHIFTS**
All breaks paid
THE JOB ROLE:
Working for a family owned, independent packaging manufacturer. You will:
Pallet stack to order specifications
Pack goods
End of line machine assisting
Perform simple assembly work tasks
Clean & tidy production areas
Some heavy lifting involved
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Would be someone who would like to progress and have a permanent job (there is a lot of investment in training)
Be over 18 and able to work all 3 shifts on a shift rotation
Have good attention to detail to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly.
Be able to work on your own and within a team.
Have great organisational skills and be
safety conscious.
Have a flexible working attitude
Have patience to carry out repetitive tasks.
