Warehouse & Customer Service Administrator

3 month contract initially – As this is a new role the duration of this role is dependent on how well it works for the company.

Office based!

Location: Radstock, although some travel to the Frome depot would also be required occasionally. – Must have own means of transport

Rate of pay: £10.50ph

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

1 hour unpaid break per day: Total of 65 minutes breaks per day (1 x 45 minute + 2 x 10 minutes for mid-morning/afternoon.

We are looking for an administrator to join a busy warehouse and Customer Service office team, the right candidate will be proactive, helpful and keen to complete tasks efficiently and effectively, they will have an excellent eye for detail.

The role would involve working within a customer service team for half the day and then supporting as a warehouse administration for the other half. Full Training will be provided

Duties will include – Warehouse Admin

  • General Administrative work, such as keying in Figures and filing paperwork
  • Booking goods in to the warehouse
  • Liaising with Suppliers
  • Preparing for Future deliveries
  • Assisting with checking off deliveries

Duties will include – Customer Experience Advisor

  • Dealing with a range of customer queries on a daily basis and handling anything from general enquiries to complaints – via various contact methods, Email, Calls & Live Chat
  • Manage large volumes of communications in a timely and professional manner (calls, emails, web chat)
  • Take ownership of issues and ensure satisfactory resolutions achieved with minimal escalations achieving right first time, every time
  • Collaborate within the team to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquiries and issues
  • Carry out a range of processing tasks and handling of customer calls ensuring relevant productivity and quality measures are achieved for our customers in line with specified process and procedures.

You will need:

Desired Skills

  • Excellent IT Skills, Be Confident in the Microsoft suite of programmes, including Excel, Outlook & Word
  • Knowledge of a warehouse management system or similar preferred – Full training provided.
