Job: Warehouse Assistant

Location: Frome

Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Pay: £10.00ph

Start Date: Immediately

Contract Length: This is a temporary role starting immediately to approximately September 2022

Our client, a well-established parts distributor business based in Frome, Somerset are looking for a new member of staff to support their friendly warehousing team. Work is available immediately and runs up to September 2022.

The Job

• Data entry to book courier orders (DPD/DHL/R/MAIL)
• Picking and packing of customer orders – Special due care and attention of the wrapping/packing of goods efficiently
• Processing goods inwards
• Re-stocking
• Keeping the warehouse tidy
• Other ad-hoc warehouse duties
• The role could involve some heavy lifting

To be considered for this role you must:

• Previous warehouse experience
• To be numerate and have computer skills
• High attention to detail
• Being able to work in a fast-paced environment
• To be comfortable with manual handling
