Starting pay: £11.81ph rising to £12.21ph after a successful 12 weeks probation and on commencement of operator training.

Full time: 41.25 hours per week – all breaks paid.

Temp to Perm: 12-week probation.

Our client is a friendly packaging manufacturing business based in the heart of Warminster. They are seeking an additional Production Assistant to join their friendly team due to a re-structure.

We are looking for ambitious candidates to join their dynamic manufacturing team.

The job is temp to perm and initially you will be a Production Machine Assistant. However, if you show willing there is an opportunity to be trained as an Production Machine operator. This can happen as quickly as 12 weeks. Pay will increase to £12.21ph once training starts.

This role will involve manual handling duties, so having some dexterity would be helpful. You will be working at a steady pace in a dusty engineering/production environment. Working as part of a small team, you will need an eye for detail to check products for defects. Duties will also include feeding bulk products through a machine, folding / breaking products apart, wrapping, stacking and palletising. Other duties will include hand stacking, gluing and general cleaning of the machinery and workspace.

You will work on a Double Day Shift Work Pattern **Candidates must be able to work on both shifts rotating every week as below.

• Mornings: Mon to Fri 5:45am to 14:00
• Afternoons: Mon to Fri 13:45 to 22:00
