Job: Process Operative

Location: Westbury, Wiltshire

Hours of work: 37.5hrs pw – Rotating Shifts, Mornings, Afternoons AND Nights (Monday to Friday) Shorter day each Friday on ALL shifts!

Pay: £13.87ph

Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Process Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our production processes, ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are completed efficiently. Join us in shaping the future of our operations!

Responsibilities

• Quality and Quantity assurance, ensuring correct stock layout is correct on pallet and that the finished pallets meet quality standards.
• Working with pallet trucks and moving pallets, being responsible for your own safety and safety of others.
• Working independently and collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, always following health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Skilled in a production or warehouse environment
• Proven experience in a production/manufacturing/warehouse
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in all tasks performed.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with colleagues.

Mornings: 6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 11.30am Friday

Afternoons: 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and 11.30am to 5pm Friday

Nights: 10pm to 6am Monday to Thursday and 5pm to 10.30pm Friday
