Hours:                          9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our client’s legal team. The ideal candidate will assist the Commercial Property team.

As the main point of contact for clients, your focus will be on promptly and effectively addressing their inquiries.

What we are looking for:

Do you have prior experience in Commercial Property as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal. The role necessitates a solid grasp of commercial operations, client matter procedures, and effective communication skills to engage with diverse clients.  The ideal candidate must possess exceptional administrative capabilities, proficiency in utilising work systems, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong IT skills to effectively utilise various software applications.
• Exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Highly organised with a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work produced.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
