Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Farrington Gurney

Hours: 8am-5pm (1hour unpaid lunch break)

Contract: Full time Permanent

Salary: Up to 20K

Due to continued growth, I have an opportunity for a young enthusiastic individual to work full time on a permanent basis as an Office Administrator. The successful candidate has potential to join growing company based in Farrington Gurney.

Do you have computer skills? Are you confident? Do you have experience in Admin? If, so please read on as this is a key role based in a busy office.

You will be responsible for supporting the internal sales team in a busy working environment, by assisting with inbound calls, responding to emails, and general office admin duties. You must be adaptable and a willingness to learn. You must be able to work in a small team and have confidence.

Your main duties are:

· Answer the telephone in a polite and profession manner

· Respond to emails

· Support the Internal sales team

· Process orders and payments

· Exceptional customer service to new and existing customers

· Cover other duties due to sickness and holidays

This is a full time position for a suitable candidate. You will need a driving license as this is not on a regular bus network.

Hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Saturday mornings are required to be worked on a rota basis approx. 1 in 3, this will be paid at an overtime rate.
