Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Midsomer Norton

Contract: Permanent

Full time position – Mon – Fri 9am-5pm
OR
2 Part Time positions – Flexible

I am seeking a confident individual to join a small team based in Midsomer Norton.

You will be involved in the day to day duties within a busy office. Administration experience is essential but not to managerial level. You must be polite and professional as this is a customer facing role, also your telephone manner must be impeccable. FCA rules are embedded within this company, therefore previous experience within this sector is an extremely strong advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an existing client base and liaising with appropriate parties in relation to customers
  • Provide growth to the business with promoting and generating new leads
  • Assess and contact existing customers with new products
  • Flexibility with covering various roles within an office environment in the event of absence and holiday
  • Process and review documentation, ensuring all documents are completed compliantly and correctly
  • Answering calls and emails
  • Ensure full adherence to the company’s data security policy
  • Handle complaints within the company’s procedures and regulatory requirements
