Job: Machine Operator

Location: Westbury, Wiltshire

Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs pw – ROTATING SHIFT – (Mornings, Afternoons and Nights) – Shorter day each Friday on ALL shifts.

Pay: £14.02ph

Riverside Recruitment are recruiting Machine Operators to join our client in Westbury, a long established, highly respected manufacturing company. Due to their continued growth and success, they are now looking to expand their manufacturing department.

We are looking for reliable, trustworthy and driven individuals who wish to develop their careers and progress with them. Pay is extremely competitive with all breaks paid, including overtime breaks!

The Role:

You will be operating, maintaining and running machinery ensuring production is maintained. (Extensive training is given which can take up to a year). This is a fast-paced environment and may involve some heavy lifting.

To be considered you will need:

• Previous machinery experience within a manufacturing environment
• Engineering or Mechanical skills (professional or personal)
• Experience using hand and power tools
• To be prepared to work all THREE shifts (PLEASE SEE BELOW)
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to perform heavy lifting
• You must be able to work well within a team and contribute effectively to the smooth running of daily operations

You MUST be able to work all THREE shifts.

Hours: Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern – can MUST be able to work all THREE:

• Mornings / 6am to 2pm (6am to 11.30am on FRIDAY)
• Afternoons / 2pm to 10pm (11.30am to 5.00pm on Friday)
• Nights / 10ppm to 6am (5pm to 10.30pm Friday)
