Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Midsomer Norton
Salary: Dependant on Experience
We are seeking an HR Generalist for a permanent full time role. This would suit an individual who has experience in an HR environment. You will be providing efficient support to the team in a busy HR Department. You will be dealing with the day to day running of all HR queries.
To be considered for this role applicants must be minimum qualified in CIPD Level 5 (or working towards). Have a broad knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent IT skills. You must be extremely organised and be able to communicate comfortably. You must have recruitment experience and knowledge of GDPR. Knowledge of working with Cascade would be an advantage.
Your responsibilities will be supporting recruitment internally and externally, therefore creating and
composing job descriptions and adverts, communicating with applicants and agencies, and organising interviews.
You will be liaising with managers and preparing starter packs, and producing employment documents. Generally you will be filing and updating the HR management system and project admin.
You must have an outgoing personality, be confident and work as a team.
