Job Title: HR Co-ordinator (L&D and On-Boarding)

Location: Midsomer Norton

Contract: Full time Permanent

I am seeking an HR Co-ordinator (leaning towards L&D and On-Boarding) to work on a full time basis for a company based in Midsomer Norton. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR, and help with the execution of recruitment, learning & development, policies and practices.

You daily duties will include the entire processes with on boarding, L&D administration and general HR enquiries. You must have a passion for strengthening and encouraging employee performance and development within the business

A strong lean towards L&D is an advantage and a CIPD Level 3 or above is required.


  • Assist in all HR procedures and activities
  • Coordinate L&D reports, and assist with the administering HR and L&D coordination
  • Respond to the training needs of the workforce
  • Update procedures and legal compliance of employment laws
  • Prepare paperwork, and facilitate an on-boarding process
  • Action all admin tasks for on-boarding including data input into an HR system and liaising with relevant managers
  • Update employee handbook, employee directory, and organisational chart

To be considered:

  • CIPD Level 3 and above
  • L&D an advantage
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
  • Adept to problem-solving
  • Knowledge of HR policies and systems
  • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
