FULL TIME, MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30AM TO 5PM
Riverside Recruitment are currently seeking a self-motivated Finance Assistant for a full time hours position, based on the outskirts of Frome, Somerset.
The Job is Temp to Perm – Successful candidate would be offered a full time permanent contract after a 12 week trial period.

The main objective of this role is to support the Finance manager in day to day operations of the finance department to ensure all processes are delivered in a timely and efficient manner whilst paying great attention to detail.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Finance Manager with all administrative tasks and adhoc duties.
Purchase Ledger invoice processing
Inputting Sales invoices
Dealing with queries
Support the Management Accountant
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
Competent in Sage and Excel
Knowledge of Purchase Ledger
Previous experience of working within a Finance/Purchasing/Accounts department.
Strong background in Administration and assisting a team.
Fully IT literate with excellent numerical and written skills.
Be able to learn new processes quickly and work well under pressure.
A outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
SALARY & BENEFITS
£10 p/h Monday to Friday
8.30am to 5pm
Ongoing temporary full time position with a chance of permanency for the right person.
