Email Support Customer Service Administrators.
Following the initial video call interview, a potential immediate start for the right candidate will be available.
Availability to start immediately would be advantageous
Working for a unique mail order online home furnishings retailer, due to continued growth our client is seeking 2 out going and helpful staff to join their team.
2 x Full-time positions available working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch) for a unique and friendly online retailer.
Rate of Pay: £9.50ph
Location: Frome Somerset
Contract: Temp to Perm, the successful candidate would work a 12 week probationary period before obtaining a permanent contract with the company.
REMOTE WORKING AT PRESENT:
This role is based in the Customer Service department of their depot in Frome however the office staff are currently working from their homes remotely.
Candidates who apply for this role must be able to work remotely from home to start until it is safe to work from the from depot – Due to Covid -19 – (Laptop can be provided if required)
Own transport required for occasional visits to the office.
About the role:
This role is predominantly email focused and is a fast paced with many customer related enquiries coming into the business daily. All emails must be answered efficiently and professionally.
Full remote training will be provided
Person Specification:
Our client are looking for enthusiastic and conscientious people to join our clients very busy customer service department. Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently. The ideal candidate will need to have a good level of English, both written and spoken and not afraid of answering lots of emails per day!
Candidate who apply must have/be:
Previous customer service experience dealing with customer complaints via email
Experience responding to lots of emails
The Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in similar; a fast paced customer service call centre type role.
A Friendly and professional etiquette
A Problem Solver
Excellent computer and typing skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and follow up skills
Team player with the ability to think and act independently
