Part time E-Commerce Administrator – Ebay and Amazon
Paulton, Nr Bristol
Part time – Hours and days are and are flexible up to 24 hours across Monday to Friday.
Salary: 20-25k dependant on experience

Full training – happy to train the person on the eBay and Amazon upload part of the role – We are looking for a person who is confident in Excel and is self-motivated with attention to detail and would pick up the more specialist aspects of the role.
We are seeking a part time E-commerce administrator to join our clients small unique team based In Paulton.
The successful candidate must be dynamic, highly organised, and a self-motivated person with very good attention to detail.
The E-Commerce administrator will help to look after the entire life cycle of our clients products; from product creation and listing on their various marketplaces and platforms, through to ensuring historical products are optimised and continually available for purchase.
Our client has a catalogue of over 1500 products and will need someone with a great eye for detail who can confidently list and maintain their products.
The job role would involve (FULL TRAINING GIVEN):
Listing new products for sale on eBay, Amazon and our own website. For eBay, this will include eBay UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, USA, Canada and Australia. Amazon marketplaces include the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, USA, Canada and Japan.
Allocation of GS1 barcodes to all products.
Creation of marketplace upload spreadsheets.
Maintenance of the central ‘master’ spreadsheet to ensure accurate product information.
Working alongside the graphic designer, the candidate will need to ensure the correct images are generated for new products.
Audit of current items to ensure our entire catalogue is available on all marketplaces.
Updating older listings to ensure they follow our current advert standards.
Communicate with our business customers to inform them of new products.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated with some experience in an E-Commerce or administration role, with sound Microsoft Office experience, but most importantly a team player who is capable of managing a varied workload.
Must be confident using Microsoft Excel – The right candidate will spend a lot of time creating/updating/uploading Excel and CSV files and will need to be confident using Excel.
Exceptionally strong attention to detail and self-motivation
Ability to be trained and hit the ground running.
Once the candidate is confident with the required tasks, then occasional working from home will be possible.
