Hourly rate: £12.30ph

Current Office location: Cheddar, Somerset

*Please Note company is relocating to Bridgwater end of July 2024 so if you are interested you must have the ability to relocate with the company.

Full-time, long-term temp role with a potential for this role to go permanent.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri, between the hours of 8am to 5pm (8-4.30 and 8.30-5). With a 1-hour break per day.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor/administrator to work on a long-term temporary basis (possibly perm) to join a lovely British Retail Manufacturing business who provides high quality products, fittings, and accessories across the globe..

Job Responsibilities & Duties

As a temp your main responsibilities to start off with would be mostly order processing using the ERP system (Full training provided).

As you become more competent, you will also take on other responsibilities as follow…

  • Respond in a timely manner to enquiries coming from all channels (email, phone, social media, etc…)
  • Manage the order cycle, processing orders in a timely and accurate manner using the ERP system, to include Order confirmation communication, monitor order status, communicating any issues/delays to customers.
  • Dispatch orders as required to meet customers expected delivery dates.
  • Follow up on stock queries.


  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Order processing experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work both on your own initiative and as part of the existing team.
  • High attention to detail
  • A calm and professional approach to all correspondence with customers and colleagues.
