1 x Contracts Customer Care Advisor (Contract is long term temp) – Salary – £25,000

1 x After Care Advisor (Contract is long term temp) – Salary – £25,750

All job openings are based within the Customer Care Department of a British Manufacturing company that produces high quality products, fittings, and accessories globally, located in Bridgwater!

Location: All vacancies are full time, ON-SITE office-based roles: Bridgwater, Somerset

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, working hours are Mon to Fri, between the hours of 8am to 5pm (8-4.30 or 8.30-5)

Vacancies available: 4 as above

OVERVIEW OF ALL ROLES:

The roles of Customer Aftercare Advisors – play a critical role in providing service excellence to B2B and B2C customers. – Provide support to their customers after purchase, with the after care of their products. Through a positive approach, you will troubleshoot/diagnose a cause of an issue over phone and emails and problem solve any queries whilst working with a strong sense of urgency and a high degree of accuracy. This role is an office-based customer service role working within the Customer Care Department of the business.

The roles of Customer Care Advisors (Retail or Contracts teams) – play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support, ultimately building positive relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience.

The Retail Customer Care Advisors, Specific Role responsibilities are:

  • Product Knowledge – Advisors need to be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the company (Full training provided)
  • Sales Support – They may assist customers with placing orders, finding items, and making purchases.
  • Processing customer orders
  • Returns and Exchanges: handle any returns, exchanges, or any other relatable issues.
  • Providing Recommendations – Advisors can provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.

The Contracts Customer Care Advisors, Specific Role responsibilities are:

  • Customer Contract Management – Responsible for managing customer contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Policy Guidance – provide guidance on company policies and procedures related to contracts.
  • Customer Onboarding – Advisors may assist new customers with onboarding and setting up their accounts.
  • Liaising with other departments or third parties to resolve any customer issues.

The Aftercare Advisors, Specific Role responsibilities are:

  • Providing support related to warranty, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Offering technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Managing customer expectations and ensuring a positive after-sales experience

Skills & Experience for all Roles:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Polite, friendly, and professional
  • Have high levels of empathy.
  • Attention to detail and Organisation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport via phone & email
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
