1 x After Care Advisor (Contract is long term temp) – Starting salary: £25,750.00 PA (£13.20ph)

This position is within the Customer Care Department of a British Manufacturing company that produces high quality products, fittings, and accessories globally, located in Bridgwater!

Starting salary: £25,750.00 PA (£13.20ph)

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, working hours are Mon to Fri, between the hours of 8am to 5pm (8-4.30 or 8.30-5)

This position is initially offered as a long-term temporary contract, and its duration is not yet established. However, the successful candidate may have the potential to be offered a full-time permanent contract by the client in the future. (It is important to note that this is just not guaranteed at this time.)

Customer Aftercare Advisors play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to both B2B and B2C customers. Their primary responsibility is to provide support to customers after the purchase of their products, ensuring their aftercare. Through a positive and proactive approach, they troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues over the phone and via email, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and high accuracy. This role is an office-based customer service position within the Customer Care Department of the business.

Specifically, the Aftercare Advisors are tasked with the following responsibilities:

  • Providing support related to warranties, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Offering technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Managing customer expectations and ensuring a positive after-sales experience.

Essential skills and experience for all roles include:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A polite, friendly, and professional demeanour.
  • High levels of empathy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to build rapport through phone and email interactions.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
