Accounts Assistant Required – Paulton

I’m seeking a full time Accounts Assistant to join a company based in Paulton. The company has around 40 bakeries across the UK, however you will be office based locally.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to provide support to the existing finance department. You must be confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders by resolving all queries, and be able to support the monthly payroll, bank reconciliations, sales ledger, invoicing and credit control plus other ad hoc finance tasks. Therefore this role is reasonably varied.

If you have experience using Sage 50 payroll, or an AAT qualification or experience of end to end payroll in a multi-site environment this would be advantageous, however this is not essential.

Hours: 9am-5pm – Mon to Fri

Location: Paulton

Salary: 20k – 23K DOE

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts department

· Exceptional level of attention to detail

· High level of skills in Microsoft Excel
