I am seeking an enthusiastic eager person with a clean driving license to join a team in Gloucester.

Ideally this is a full-time position for an individual who would like to progress and develop within the business. You will be driving a 4×4 company vehicle 95% of the time, by delivering fuel and lubricants to domestic and commercial businesses. When you’re not driving, other duties will be required covering the warehouse and maintaining the yard during quiet periods.

This is a great progression opportunity to obtain an HGV Class 2 licence and an ADR license to allow you eventually to drive the company’s larger vehicles. These additional licenses will be funded by the business. In time this will also give you a gradual salary increase.

Location: Gloucester

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm. Overtime can be available and Saturday mornings are required to work during busy periods.

Salary: £25,396.80 – £26,500.00

A counterbalance forklift license is desirable, and you must enjoy driving.

Your responsibilities:

• Delivering products using the company 4×4 vehicle
• Manage stock levels
• Maintain the upkeep of the yard and grounds
• Maintain the upkeep of the warehouse
• Load and unload deliveries

To be considered:

• A full clean driving license
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work to your own initiative
• Enthusiastic to grow, progress and develop within the company
• Proven experience of working within a customer service role
